工作职责：
1. 客户现场产品培训、产品安装、产品问题解决等技术支持
2. 与销售及客户保持良好的沟通与合作，以明确产品需求及设计
3. 检查、分析返修联轴器技术问题，并编制相应产品维护说明书
4. 通过对产品偏差需求的检查、分析和处理，以支持生产的改进
5. 与运营部、质量与持续改善部定期开会，讨论并促进生产效率及产品工艺改善
6. 根据需要，绘制、分析及转换产品图纸；准备及检查产品技术指标
7. 根据工作需要，参与售前技术支持、行业产品展会等
8. 根据工作需要，参与新产品工程项目
9. 与PTS各地的工程研发部门保持沟通与合作
10. 遵守EHSS（环境、健康、安全、可持续发展）相关的国家法律法规和公司政策制度，履行本岗位安全职责，并对本岗位安全生产负直接责任。

Job responsibility:
1. Provide customer site technical support including product training, installation and problem shooting, etc.
2. Communicate directly with customers and sales on a consistent basis in order to clarify requirements and communicate designs.
3. Review, analyze and write repair instructions for returned coupling products, prepare and review technical specifications
4. Support Manufacturing through the review, analysis and disposition of deviation requests
5. Attend meeting with Operations and Quality & Continuous Improvement departments regularly to discuss and implement productivity and process improvements
6. Demonstrate the ability to create, review and interpret engineering drawings, prints, layouts, sketches, etc
7. Travel for field problems, technical discussions, design reviews, providing training, supporting sales, trade shows, etc as assigned
8. Contribute to engineering projects as assigned
9. Collaborate with Engineering teams in locations worldwide
10. Comply with EHSS (environment, health, safety and sustainability) related government laws, regulations and company policy, fulfill safety duty of the position, and directly responsible for safety production of the position.
11. Other tasks assigned by upper management
任职资格：
1. 机械或机电相关专业， 大学本科
2. 至少5年外资机械加工企业相关技术支持、客户服务工作经验
3. 熟悉机械加工工艺
4. 熟练使用CAD等软件进行机械零部件设计
5. 良好的产品维护、现场技术支持能力
6. 良好的人际沟通能力
7. 积极、负责、客户服务意识强，能在压力下工作，适应国内国际出差
8. 熟练使用微软办公软件
9. 英语听说读写流利
Requirements:
1. BS in Mechanical Engineering, and related major
2. At least 5 years’ experience of mechanical engineering, field service, technical support, etc. in multinational companies
3. Good mechanical aptitude
4. CAD design experience, AutoCAD preferred
5. Demonstrate solid technical knowledge to provide suitable solutions to customers
6. Good interpersonal communication skill
7. Proactive, responsible, customer-oriented, can work under pressure, international travel is required
8. Good at Microsoft Office
