职位描述：
岗位：System Plast产品应用工程师Application Engineer-System Plast （包装输送线产品）

【注】
办公地点：福建漳州优先。
班车：公司为居住在厦门的同事，提供班车每天往返漳州厦门，班车路线：前埔-金尚路-仙岳路-海沧大桥-高速公路-漳州。

岗位目的：根据公司产品及其应用情况，参与制定执行产品和服务方案,执行客户服务项目，支持销售团队为System Plast 的增长贡献，为客户提供技术服务和培训，处理客户投诉和反馈,满足客户需求。
Position Purpose: According to the company products and its application situation, participating in developing and implementing product and service proposals, service project execution, support sales team to achieve growth in the market, providing customers with technical services and training, handle customer feedback and complain to meet their demands.

工作职责：
1. 包装输送线产品选型,安装指导,使用维护指导,问题解决等
2. 管理执行包装输送线服务项目
3. 支持销售及客户实现增长,与客户技术团队和自己的销售保持良好的沟通与合作关系
4. 处理客户反馈和客户投诉
5. 通过客户现场的检查、分析,支持生产研发的改进
6. 根据需要，绘制、分析及转换产品图纸；准备及检查产品技术指标
7. 不断学习并掌握System Plast产品设计、客户及应用方面的知识
8. 根据工作需要，项目管理,项目执行,参与售前技术支持、行业产品展会等出差
9. 与公司全球的工程研发部门保持沟通与合作
10. 经理分配的其他任务
Job responsibility:
1. Demonstrate solid knowledge of System Plast packaging conveyor products and applications, in an Engineered to Order business environment
2. Service project management and execution
3. Support sales team to achieve growth, keep good cooperation and relation with customer technical team and our sales.
4. Handle customer complain and feedback.
5. Support Manufacturing through the review, analysis and disposition of customer application requirements
6. Demonstrate the ability to create, review and interpret engineering drawings, prints, layouts, sketches, etc., prepare and review technical specifications
7. Develop knowledge of System Plast product designs, customers and applications
8. Travel for service project, field problems, technical discussions, design reviews, providing training, supporting sales, trade shows, etc. as assigned
9. Collaborate with Global Engineering teams in locations worldwide and contribute to engineering projects as assigned
10. Other tasks assigned by upper management

任职资格：
1. 机械或机电相关专业，大学本科
2. 2-4年在OEM或最终用户包装输送设计、安装、调试、维护经验
3. 熟练使用微软办公软件，熟练使用AutoCAD等制图软件
4. 了解机械加工工艺，熟悉相关产品（如链板、链条、传输带等）
5. 优秀的产品维护或现场技术支持能力
6. 良好的解决问题能力、工程思维，能独立工作
7. 积极，负责，良好的人际沟通技巧，良好的客户服务意识
8. 良好的英语听说读写能力
9. 能适应商务出差

Requirements:
1. BS in Mechanical Engineering/Electromechanical Engineering or related major
2. 2-4 years packaging conveyor design, installation, commissioning, maintenance experience
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
4. Know mechanical manufacturing process, know chain product well, good mechanical aptitude
5. Good command of product maintenance or on-site technical support
6. Demonstrate initiative in problem solving and follow-through, engineering thinking, and the ability to work independently
7. Proactive, communicative, highly responsible, strong sense of customer service
8. English proficiency required
