JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Handling export/import booking
2. Data update in System
3. Prepare the related shipping documents
4. Prepare the related customs documents
5. Answer inquiry of customers
6. Reporting and coordinate with vendors
REQUIREMENTS:
1. College degree or above
2. 3 years or so relevant experience in similar capacity.
3. Be familiar with operation process of import/export, forwarding, trucking, warehousing and Custom declaration of import/export.
4. Good data analysis and process/project management skill
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English
