1. Project Planning 项目计划部分
Based on Delivery Date of master plan, Material Availability and Production Capacity, develop and maintain detail plan for each individual GIS project. Summarize and feedback to master planner during the execution of project.
基于主计划的项目交期，考虑物料可用性和装配产能，制定每个GIS项目的详细计划。在项目执行过程中搜集物料和装配状态并提供反馈给主计划。
- Develop forecast and monitor the availability of key materials, like long lead time materials
预测并监控关键物料，如长交期物料
- Release purchase requisition
采购申请的释放
- Monitor un-sourced new material together SCM
与供应管理共同监控未进入批量采购流程的新物
- Engineering change notice handling
工程更改的响应
- Collect and analyze material shortage
搜集缺料并分析改善
- Visualize project status in detail plan
提供可视化的详细计划

2. Improvement 持续改善部分
- Improve long term strategy of material planning

- Planning data maintain in material master data

- Reports and Key Performance Indicators
报告和KPI

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 5 years working experience for production planning, project management, etc.
3. Strong organization and communication skills, can perform well under high pressure.
4. Strong leadership skills and a sense of ownership are required.
5. Good analytical skills with a strong attention to detail are required.
6. Problem solving and initiative to proactively identify and provide solutions.
7. Good written and spoken English, SAP user is preferred.
