Seafreight Export Operator
General Responsibilities:
-Be responsible for the local handling of export
（from the shipment booking till file close）
-Be responsible to maintain the good relationship
with customer

Competency Requirements
-Communication: Good communication skill.
-Customer Service: Strongly sales oriented with
excellent service etiquette；
-Team Work: Cooperative, and real team player with
broad business insight；
-Self disciplined and good time management；
-Problem Solving: Good analytical skills and be
solution provider；
-Result Orientation: Can use resources to achieve
goals and objectives within timeline；

Qualifications
-Knowledge ＆ Skills: Industry knowledge for
handling procedures of Seafreight
-Education ＆ Training: Above College degree, above
CET-4，good skill in computer use, good spoken ＆
written English, and Mandarin；
-Experience: Freight forwarder experience at least 1 years
-Personal Characteristics: High Responsibility attitude；
active and open personality； energetic ＆ proactive

海运操作

工作职责
-负责厦门当地出口的所有操作（从订舱位到最后结档）
-维护好跟客人的良好关系。

能力要求
-良好的沟通技巧
-优质的客户服务意识
-基本协调管理能力；
-自律和良好的时间管理能力
-良好的分析能力和问题解决能力

基本要求
-知识与技能：处理海运程序行业知识
-大专以上学历,以上英语四级；国际贸易或物流专业等优先考虑
-良好的口语和书面英语，熟练使用计算机
-一年以上货运代理经验,
-勤奋敬业，有责任心，有团队合作意识，能够吃苦耐劳，承受工作压力.
