职位描述：
Educational & Experience Requirements:
1、 Colleague education with good English skills
2、 Professional and Experienced in internal social compliance and auditing
3、 Graduate to 2/3 years of factory working experience background will be a plus
4、 Good level of understanding and knowledge of factories health and safety, fire safety and prevention, local law in terms of participation committees , wages and working hours & workers communication etc.
5、 Monthly visiting factory

能接受定期的验产出差
Job Description/ Responsibility:
1、To implement REGATTA / DARE2B / CRAGHOPPER - Footwear & Camping range about Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) code of conduct (CoC) in China
2、To advise necessary corrective action plan (CAP) solutions to the supply chain factories.
3、To conduct initial and follow up internal audit among the supply chain factories.
4、To assist Senior Supervisor for new supply chain factories sourcing. ?
5、To manage third party audit.
6、To assist/guide factories management, social compliance personnel and welfare officers in the election, formation and functioning of the participation comittees.
7、To take necessary follow up of CAP suggested by third party auditor.
8、To follow up new project based on guideline from Senior Supervisers.
9、To manage and update the in house keeping of supplier folders
10、To carry out monthly video meetings with Managers & the UK Head office by provide suppliers overview reports
