A Supply Chain Specialist for EYELEVEL is the person who will be responsible for administration and maintenance of all the supply chain data as well as assisting supply chain manager to handling all the activities related to the suppliers. To do this they must be highly organized individuals, excellent communicators, planners and outstanding analyst.

Responsibilities:
? Collect and receive initial data of suppliers
? Sourcing materials / components with miscellaneous requirement
? Maintain and manage transportation, equipment and consumable material pricing database
? Assist with purchasing of equipment and materials
? Assist with supplier on KPI evaluations & improvement and coaching
? Resolve problems that cause delay through working with supplier and diverting issues to relevant teams to develop corrective action plan
? Report/Data Analysis & System update
? Support other supply chain management tasks

Requirements:
? Initiative, resourcefulness and problem solving ability
? Well Organized personality, efficient, structured, focused and goal oriented
? Flexible, dedicated, loyal and passionate for the job
? Knowledge of materials (eg. Metal, wood, plastic, electronics etc.) is preferred
? Knowledge of technical documentation(technical drawings) is advantageous
? Has Supply Chain / Sourcing / Project Management working experiences will be plus
? Working experience in store fixture industry will be plus
? Frequent business trip to suppliers is required

Software:
o Advanced level of MS Word, Excel

Languages:
o English – fluent
o Chinese language – native level
