We are a fast growing multi-national freight forwarding and supply chain solutions company looking for the following position to grow Greater China E-Commerce Logistics Division

电商物流专员 / eCommerce Executive


岗位职责:
负责处理日常业务中各种关于客户投诉，问题件处理，信息互通，统计等一系列的工作。
处理文档相关工作
客户维护
配合并支持其他部门的其他工作。

任职要求：
熟练使用Excel、Word等；
具备良好的中英文沟通能力.
有较强的逻辑思维和学习能力，有优秀的执行能力、沟通能力；具较强责任心及团队合作精神
对电商行业兴趣强烈，愿意与部门一起进步；


Responsibility:
Perform day-to-day customer services function
Conduct documentation function
Customer maintenance
Liaise with cross-functional teams

Requirements:
Proficiency in Internet, Excel and other related MS Office tools
Good communication skills in English and Chinese
Willing to learn, good capacity in task management
