Responsibilitys：
1.Responsible for implementation of employee on board 、exit 、probation、contract management and job transfer and HRIS maintenance & personnel file management.
2.Attract, source and identify candidates through direct search, networking and advertising to fill positions.
3.Responsible for the timely communication and administration around the recruitment process externally （interview scheduling including all recruitment related administration ）.
4.Coordinate interview screening days and interview scheduling.
5.Initiate and conduct screening, including phone interviews and reference checks （if applicable） and be part of the interview rounds.
6.Be in contact with 3rd party suppliers for designated roles including agencies, online job boards, on location job fairs.
6.1 Outsourced and dispatched supplier recruiting management, provide new employee within recruitment circle.
6.2 Outsourced and dispatched supplier management, including calculating related fee and ensure supplier meet labor law.
7.Maintain recruitment database and management information /reports internal communication.
7.1 Employee resignation talk and recording.
7.2 Operator & non-operator leave reasons analysis and take improve actions.
7.3 Assist recruitment officer to do recruitment schedule & Headcount forecast.

8.Conduct recruitment to ensure qualified candidate to be onboard within recruitment cycle time.
9.Responsilbe for making recruitement budget, arranging/controlling recruitment expense and cost analysis.

Requirements:

Education
University, Human Resources, English major is preferred.
Proficient in English in both speaking and writing

Experience
At least 1-year HR experience in personnel or C&B function.

Specific knowledge
1）Good communication skills, problem solving skills, and know how to handle confidential information.
2）Careful, mature, flexible and honest.
3）Good PC skills & Good knowledge of labor law.
