Treasury Manager,Asia Pacific Region

Position Summary:
Provision of Treasury operations and banking services to Kodak Alaris entities in APR, in accordance with agreed corporate objectives. Treasury is currently going through a number of initiatives that the job holder will be expected to participate in as part of the overall project. The job holder needs to be comfortable with maintaining good working relationships with both external contacts (banks) and internal contacts (country finance teams, Shared Service Centre, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable).

Responsibilities:
Daily Operations
? Carry out daily treasury operations processes in accordance with group procedures, ensuring compliance with all controls and appropriate authorizations and approvals
? Ensure cash and borrowing are efficiently managed with optimized return without sacrificing the safety of principal and liquidity
? Maintain daily reporting of cash balances
? Position cash for the group on a daily basis including requesting required FX and process related payments
? Deal FX transactions (spot, forward/ swap) for short term needs
? Maintain regular short term forecasting in Kyriba daily and weekly as appropriate
? Support intercompany financing arrangements
? Maintain regular dialogue with Country contacts and Group Shared Services Centre
? Provide good customer service levels in respect of treasury queries

Monthly operations
? Perform daily, monthly cash flow forecast and actuals reporting by legal entity
? Manage LC and other cross border trade related transactions, and other banking/financing transactions of APR legal entities
? Administrate intercompany financing activities, review contract, reconcile and prepare intercompany activity report including the provision of principal and interest statement with China entities
? Report and analyse bank charges in APR

Bank Account Management
? Manage banking relationships across the region for day to day operations and work with the Global Treasury team (head of Group Financing) on banking relationships for the region
? Administer local bank accounts and banking arrangements, including provision of miscellaneous banking services for APR entities
? Ensure bank mandates are up to date and maintained with the banks
? Ensure banking systems are appropriately maintained

Projects and Continuous Improvement
? Proactively drive continuous improvement in all areas surrounding of the role in order to reduce costs and cycle time
? Work on ad hoc Treasury projects as required, in particular supporting implementation of Kyriba across the region for payments and cash management
? Optimise knowledge and use of Kyriba across the region

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience and Certifications)
? Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and other Microsoft Office programs.
? Working knowledge of Treasury systems (Kyriba) and Banking software an advantage.
? Understanding of regional Cash Management processes and practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
? Able to maintain and develop good working relationships both internally (Country level contacts) and externally (Kodak Alaris’ relationship banks).
? Able to express effectively, ideas, concerns, results and recommendations to others.
? Must be receptive to and acknowledge the ideas of others.
? Able to work with the team for the overall achievement of corporate objectives in addition to goals specific to regional Treasury Operations.
? Able to work with the global Treasury team to develop process improvements which promote standard processes
