职位描述：
工作地点：厦门
岗位职责： 1.负责收集客户员工办理录用、社保、退工等相关材料；
2.负责办理社保和公积金申报、缴纳并将信息及时准确录入系统；
3.负责各类人事证件办理所需的资料收集；
4.负责答复员工或客户当地接口人对以上服务的咨询；
5..根据公司的要求进行上门拜访客户；
6.完成上级布置的其他工作。
任职要求：
- 大专及以上学历
- 1年以上人力资源工作经验，须有人事实务操作经验，能熟练完成社保、合同等人事基础工作项
- 熟悉国家、厦门各项劳动人事政策、法规
- 有良好的沟通技巧、及团队协作意识 - 责任心强，工作细致认真，能熟练使用办公软件 举报 分享
