Job Purpose/ 职位目的:
Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all human resources functions on site. Function as a member of the management team, participates in establishing and implementing major goals and objectives and serves as a resource in all aspects of human resources. Provides leadership in establishing and implementing overall human resource objectives, policies and plans. Ensures that human resource activities are conducted in accordance with established Ansell policies and with government regulations.
Specific Accountabilities/ 具体职责:
1. Recruitment
.Work with department managers and GM to set up manpower plan, and oversee local recruitment team and coordinate with global recruitment team to ensure the implementation of the plan
.Be responsible for the hiring result, by providing guideline and support to Recruiting team, leading key position hiring
.Support HRD to recruit managers position when required
2. Performance management
.Lead and support department managers to implement Ansell PCR process according to company policy for G35+ positions
.Lead and support department managers to implement annual salary review according to company policy for G30 and below positions
.Lead and support manufacturing managers to ensure bonus system is properly updated and managed
3. Training & Development:
.Work with Ansell Training & Development Manager to support the training needs of Ansell Xiamen
–Identify the specific development needs of target audience in line with business strategy
–Support Training & Development Manager to follow up on the training and development plan of manufacturing talents
.Oversee and support the implementation of Ansell Xiamen Training School program to maximize skilled worker training efficiency.
4.C&B
.Manage job grading and pay structure of Xiamen plant, to ensure the consistency with company C&B Policy and validate from HR point of view on salary decision
.Provide professional C&B advice to GM and HR Director
.Be responsible for the implementation of corporate and company C&B policy and strategy
5. Employee relationship
.Advise and support dept managers to deal with employee relationship issue according to labor law, with the support from ER specialist
.Validate from HR perspective any individual personnel decision (labor contract, probation confirmation, ect)
.Ensure all the employee engagement program or activities are implemented with good results.
6. Shared Service (HRIS, Payroll, Attendance, etc.)
.Overseeing shared service to ensure data accuracy
.Consolidate reports to the management
7. HR policy and process
.Review and optimize/upgrade company HR policy and procedure
.Implement corporate HR process and HR cycle, and ensure that all HR processes and procedures are effectively and efficiently implemented
8. Others
.Provide coaching and support to department from HR and people management perspective
.Owner of HR KPIs, such as turnover rate, engagement level, etc. take proactive actions to coordinate local leadership team to achieve objective.
.Other jobs / projects assigned by HRD
Qualifications/任职资格
.Master or Degree in Human Resource Management. Behavioral Science, Psychology or related discipline.
.8-10 years‘ HR working experience with at least 5 years HR managerial experience in multinational companies with manufacturing activities
.Fluent in English both writing and speaking
.Is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization
.Ability to communicate across all levels internally/externally and across geographies
.Strong analytical skills and attention to details
.Strong drive for results and business acumen
.Very good inter-personal skills and communication skills, strong team work spirit
.Strong up-to-date knowledge of the labour regulations and related government policies
.Self-motivated, open minded, positive attitude, and be able to work under pressure
.Competency across the full range of human resource functions, that is compensation and benefits, employee relations, staff retention programs, training, manpower planning, recruitment, etc.
–Works independently as well as within a team, with guidance in only the most complex situations
–Provides innovative solutions to complex issues in specialized area
–Mature and analytical with strong leadership qualities and people management and interactive skills
–Ability to initiate appropriate policy and strategy responses to emerging organization issues caused by the changing human resource environment
