职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparation and execution of sales & marketing plan, product launches, sales targets and marketing budgets for South East Asia, in line with global commercial strategy.
2. Provide excellent account management, utilizing sales tools, assortment plans and accurate customer records.
3. Develop and maintain strong retail relationships, working effectively with retail partners to 'know their business', provide 'first point of contact'.
4. Responsible for development and execution of yearly account plans and product forecasting for South East Asia.
5. Responsible for development and execution of yearly account plans and product forecasting for South East Asia.
6. Responsible for up-to-date product knowledge and training of retailer’s personnel
7. Identifies and secures new accounts by contracting dealers not yet established with Bugaboo.
8. Works closely together with country managers, sales and marketing, finance and operations departments (global & APAC)
9. Be the sales and marketing contact person for retailers, customers and colleagues.
10. Collect, analyze and report market data by using internal and external sources of information and keep track of brand development, competition and market developments.
11. Manage local merchandiser/trainer to continuously improve training programs, instore presentation, performance and knowledge of instore staff.
12. Pro-actively ensure the best way to present and sell Bugaboo brand and products instore and on-line.

Requirements:
Educational background in economics, business sales or marketing
Selling skills
Negotiation skills
Proficient in the English and local language, both written and verbal
Multi-tasker-able to conduct different tasks in the same time
Project-management experience—need to remotely working with people from different areas
Understand of the local market—ideally have some good connections
Understand of retail- can understand and find opportunity in retailing
People person –communication with different people
Data and number sensitive –analyzed data to pre-alert by problems or opportunities

now Bugaboo’s Chief Design Officer, graduated with
distinction from the Design Academy in Eindhoven because
of his innovative view on personal mobility. Together with
business partner Eduard Zanen, an elegant yet revolutionary
new design was made into a multi-functional stroller with
iconic looks.

Bugaboo products are now available in over 50 countries
worldwide, both at selected retailers and in the ***********
web shop. In addition, Bugaboo opened its second flagship
store in Berlin in 2014, following the first mono-brand store in
Amsterdam’s city centre.
The company employs over 1000 people who work at HQ
in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, one of the offices in the
United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Spain, the United States,
France, Australia, South Korea, Japan, Shanghai, as well as in
Bugaboo’s own factory in Xiamen, China.
