职位描述：
1、Support in the implementation of those initiatives designated by the C.I.O and IS&S Organization Director.
2、Project manager of those initiatives designated by the C.I.O. and IS&S Organization Director.
3、In collaboration with others members of the projects assure that the implementation of the different functionalities are accomplished.
4、Help employees create project timelines and deadlines.
5、Testing of new tools before implementation and propose improvements.
6、Develop and monitor KPI to evaluate the quality of the information and the level of usage of each application after implementation.
7、Develop, maintain and report the project plans status and other metrics for the different projects.
8、Manage Stakeholders expectations.
9、Recommend training and development systems.
10、Training of users.
11、Support end users during implementation of any tool.
12、Diagnose potential organizational problem areas.
13、Identify processes done in an organization to see if they can be useful in others in order to develop and expand this processes to another organization.
14、Create and be part of discussion forums orientated to the identification of ways of improving efficiency of processes and/or, quality of information.

任职资格：
1. Engineer or computer technology major.
2. Minimum 3 years project implementation work experience.
3. Excellent English communication skill, written and oral.
4. Efficiently coordinate with other departments.
5. Capability to handle projects independently.
6. Capability of seting practical plan and executing it efficiently;
7. Capacity to design, plan and implement new and different solutions to problems or situations required in the job, the organization or the user in a changing context. 举报 分享
