Role Synopsis:
The Sales General Manager will be responsible for developing, organizing, leading supervising the team to implement the strategy in China local market environment, and ensuring that the business development is supported in all the globally approved offers, and also accountable for outstanding distributor management through the rollout and implementation of China policy and criteria.
Responsibilities:
? To lead, manage and motivate the China regional team to ensure that overall business objectives for the region are met.
? Manage sales team effectively and efficiently in order to improve team’s productivity and business profitability.
? To identify opportunities for profitable growth in sales revenues, this will lead to a sustainable improvement in the region.
? To lead and develop strong and strategic relationship with major key accounts in senior levels, maintain sustainable growth in key accounts.
? To work with international functions including technical service and production to develop better solutions for China market.
Requirements:
? Bachelor or above, major in sales/marketing, IT or automation
? At least 10 years working experience including 3+years in national / regional managerial level
? Be familiar with IT equipment for telecom, financial, government or commercial industry, such as power solutions, environment solutions
? Fluent English both in speaking and writing
? Excellent sales and negotiation skills, communication and interpersonal skills, Strong ability of people management, motivating others
