职位描述
? Be responsible for payroll calculation and adjustment
? Work together with HR manager on salary structure & guideline for all level staff
? Assist HR manager on annual HR budget making & estimating and monthly staff cost tracking
Analysis for staff C&B, cost growth, and the competition in market; C&B survey and more understanding for market and competitors? Assist HR manager on staff benefit system building
? Annual salary review? Advise staff on disciplinary matters and provide counselling as required in order to ensure disciplinary process is in compliance with corporate and legal standards
? Answer question from employees and customers' about HR professionally
? Issue the related HR reports
? Assist HR manager to issue related C&B policies? Cooperate with HR Service Company to provide HR administrative support covering
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related
? Minimum 5 years of solid HR working experiences in a multinational company, familiar with all HR modules especially C&B
? Fluent oral and written professional English
Good knowledge in MS Office and related software
? Advanced excel skill
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Well organized and good analytical skill
? High sensitivity of handling confidential information
? Good team player
