Requirements:
TECHNICAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: Critical:
&Knowledge of the electronics and mobile device industries, specifically switch products.
&Degree or Diploma (or equivalent) in an Engineering discipline - Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Materials.
&At least 10 years' relevant working experience in an engineering discipline
&Proven track of record of successful product design & development & rapid time to market.
&A critical thinker, intimate with FMEAs,troubleshooting, root cause analysis, ECN process, six sigma tools.

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
Results oriented, accountable, with experience of motivating teams and negotiating compromises, working under pressure, promoting engineering rigor and excellence.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
&Financial understanding of pricing, costing, etc.
&Excellent written and oral communication,
&Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills,
&AutoCAD and ProEngineer CAD software experience or similar 3D CAD
&Good Microsoft Office suite experience, use of MS Project required
&Demonstrable organization & time management skills, including project planning & execution
&Ability to work independently and organise daily activities. Must also work as part of a team
Able and willing to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis, especially to Asia and work unsociable hours on occasions
