Product Support Manager focuses on the performance of a particular product group. He must be experienced (technical/product know-how) with the products of his product group. Main responsibilities include:

？ Product Support Manager (PSM) achieves the sales budget and implement product strategy of his product group

？ Manage the team of Senior Product Specialists / Product Specialists who report to him. Be responsible for the performances of the whole group that he is in charge of.

？ Lead or participate in start-ups of new products of his product group, BTT’s projects and major trouble shooting projects.

？ Provide training to the rest of the organization for the product group he is in charge of.

？ Support the sales group and account managers.

？ Assist PMM in communicating with the headquarters and other regions for product experience exchange, technology update, sample work processing and technical support.

？ Maintain, update and distribute technical documentation of his product group
