POSITION SUMMARY:
? Supportive to shipside operation, Response time: (24/48/36 Hours Principle)
? Supportive to hotel operation sourcing and purchasing requirement
? Complete bid preparation, bid analysis, bid upload and relevant work in time(per scheduled timeline)
? Best price initiative is a must, eliminate blind purchase decision without market price comparison
? Supplier pre-bid control(premises, capability and background check and review(permits/licenses/financial report))
? Supplier post-bid control(product/service quality, delivery(cold chain integrity, packing, labeling, weight, punctuality)
? Supplier Lawful, Ethic & CSR control(Address Supplier with letter and make supplier sign to acknowledge)
? Compliance with Code of Business Conduct and Ethics(Company Policies)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inbound/Outbound:
? Supplier qualification/reference check
? Analysis bids result and propose bid award for approval, and extract necessary data for sourcing strategy
? Work with shipside closely to cope with add-on, delivery/quality issue. And Keep add-on cost impact properly traced
? Monitor and control products quality upfront at pier, to keep the quality consistency which will contribute to our operation quality and cost effectiveness.
? Periodically supplier premises review, supplier background check, and select those qualified one, which has no risks of ethical breach and CSR non-complying, to prepare for next bidding
? Address suppliers when we confronted with their delivery/quality issues
? liaison with both Miami FLS Agent team and shipside to complete necessary paper work for add-on, OPJ, bid batch…etc
? Supplier assessment.

Sourcing:
? Exploit qualified provision supplier on both inbound and outbound market
? Local F&B big ticket item direct sourcing. Supplier premises review
? Local Hotel supply chain develop, hotel item direct sourcing and bidding
? Local vs. container comparison and proposal
? Local import food item via Free Trade Zone sourcing
? Probe any chance to purchase with better price on currently big ticket items
? Assist Miami SCM team with local sourcing chance of all products
? Supplier assessment

QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelor degree or above
? Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience

? Must be proficient in English and Mandarin, written and oral
? Good knowledge of Lotus Notes, Microsoft and related office tools
? Strong business sense, Can-Do attitude and behavior
? Responsible, careful and well organized

? Self-motivated, able to deliver good performance under pressure and tight deadline
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
? Excellent influencing and problem solving skills
