SPECIFC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Meet with customers regularly handling both proactive sales calls and reactive sales leads with professional vibration application knowledge.
2. Conduct sales activities by planning in advance according to the set guidelines.
3. Ensure all enquires are handled promptly and efficiently.
4. Meet with in-house guests to build relationship and obtain guest comments.
5. Be proactive in obtaining sales leads from various sources such as internet, trade show, professional journal.
6. Actively share information with team on guest comments, both positive and negative
7. Responsible for planning and organizing customer events.
8. Assist in arranging training and after sales support to customer
9. Perform other duties as required or assigned.

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
1. Ideally prefer Bachelor Degree in Engineering, other degree could be considered based on talent of candidate ,college could be considered depends on working experiences.
2. Min. 5 years of related Sales execution, business development experience in a Multinational manufacturing environment, Electrical-motor Industry sales experience preferred
3. Good command of written and oral English
