Job Basics
- Experience with automotive business and T&C preferred
- Good understanding of Automotive Applications and Systems
- Engineering background
- Education or experience in business development, marketing and strategy definition
- Professional presentation skills
- Fluent English language

Job Description:
- Definition of industry focused T&C strategy based on customer, field application engineering and Sales marketing input
- Definition and coordination of promotion activities through Marcom team and Sales & Marketing
- Work in close cooperation with Sales & Marketing and Advanced Engineering to support product roadmap definition
- Work in close cooperation with Engineering and Operation to support capability and capacity planning
- Responsible for T&C localization roadmap and pipeline execution.
- Provide product and market intelligence trainings to sales / marketing team
-Identification of new technology or application trends in the market place
- Responsible for T&C product life cycle management.
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Professional presentation of the TE T&C portfolio
- Create customer, applications and competitor market analysis
- Responsible for MARCOM activities such as Articles.Flyers.Fairs.Tech-Days.Sample kits

Professional handling with necessary tools:
- MS Office
- ppt skill
- SAP
- Cost Calculation Sheet
- Lean PD / CPP sheet
