MISSION
- The job need to major focus on vertical marketing initiative and Leads management optimize .
- To develop and drive vertical strategy across sales teams to maximize revenue.
- The position should has a deep understanding of the vertical market (legal, social and economical environment, trends, competition, customer and end customer requirements, opinion leaders).
- The position should identifies the key areas of growth and differentiation for Markem-Imaje and develops and execute a comprehensive business plan that drives and enables profitable growth within allotted segments
- To creates and continuously optimize the appropriate solution set for his segment to address the segment pain points and valorize the Markem-Imaje Technologies.
- Ensure work in close relationship with the Sales, Product Marketing, Communication departments.

MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
Work with global VM team, lead local vertical campaign/promotion to achieve the revenue target.
Conducts vertical market research and collects and analyses customer insights
Work closely with Sales/Pre-sales/PM team ,with the analysis of the pain points,drive innovative solution set to achieve vertical segment sales target
Defines and execute market focused campaigns in liaise with the communication department and the sales regions
Improve the telemarketing team touch point to optimize leads processes ,max the leads result

REQUIREMENTS
Education / Training
Bachelor’s degree in automation;

Work experience
1. 5+ years of vertical marketing or application marketing experience in packaging Industrial or automation industry
2. Broad experience and expertise within the FMCG industry
3. Deep understand China customer requirements ( eg: pharm , beverage , extrusion , dairy industry )

Knowledge & skills
Effective communication& interpersonal skills, English can be working language is a must;

Work conditions or specific constraints
Willingness and flexibility to travel around China as required;
Cross-culture working experiences in a must;
