MISSION
？Reduce the DSO and past due rate.
降低应收帐款回款天数及超期欠款比例
？Ensure the revenue recognition aligns with the policy.
确保销售收入确认合规

MAIN ACTIVITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
？Account Receivable， incl. monthly reconcialiation,followup, resolve the issue or escalate to relevant party until the payment is settled.
负责应收账款，包括每月对账、跟踪、解决问题或按情况升级处理直至欠款收回
？Analysis the AR issues, and provide improvement plan accordingly.
通过分析应收帐款的问题，能提出改进措施
？Incoming payment booking & clearing in SAP.
在SAP中入账及清帐
？Sales contract management
销售合同管理
？Any other ad hoc duties as and when required by the management

Education / Training
Bachlor degree, accounting major is preferred but not mandatory.
Accounting Professional Certificate is mandatory.
本科，会计专业更好但不是必须
有会计上岗证

Work experience
3-5 year working experience as AR or sales assistant
3-5年应收帐款或销售助理的工作经验

Knowledge & skills
Ability to read/write English preferred.
SAP experience preferred.
具备英文沟通能力和SAP使用经验更好

Work conditions or specific constraints
Working location will be in Fengxian.
工作地点：奉贤
