Job Description:
1. To provide an independent appraisal of operational, financial and other related processes and to make recommendations on how operations may be improved, maintained at a high level or risks more effectively managed. This will include the design of each audit program, the conduct of the work, and production of a report and the negotiation of the implementation of recommendations with local management.
2. To access financial systems and extract data in a format suitable for audit use.
3. Maintain an audit recommendations database and follow up on the completion of agreed improvements.
4. Assist with the development of the annual audit plan.
5. To maintain good working relationships with all departments within the business and to act in a consultancy role in all matters pertaining to risk management and internal control.
6. Assist with any fraud or irregularity investigation should the need arise.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree and above with major in accounting, finance or auditing etc.
2. Knowledge of audit procedures, including planning, techniques, test and sampling methods involved in conducting audits.
3. Knowledge of computerized accounting and auditing record keeping systems.
4. Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare and present concise oral and written reports.
5. Ability to maintain current knowledge of developments related to business matters of interest to internal audit, particularly legislation changes and developments as they affect the Company, and new auditing techniques and practices.
6. Initiative, reliability, result-oriented.
7. Ability to work independently.
8. Ability to establish and retain effective working relationships and to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
