Key Responsibilities:

Answer and put through phone calls, take messages.
Assist warehouse manager in setting operations meetings, action follow up
Assist warehouse manager in coordinating with HQ on visit arrangement.
Collect from each functional team and consolidate employee leave/vacation/OT/attendance report
Replenish routine office/warehouse supplies
Assist corporate Admin in sourcing new suppliers for cost benchmarking and supplier selection
Assist corporate Admin in managing 3rd party suppliers like canteen, housekeeping etc
Maintain office/warehouse housekeeping and 5S.
Help new employee on-board and exit process.
Handle incoming and outgoing faxes, copy, scan, file, prepare and mail correspondence.
Other duties assigned by warehouse manager.

从每个功能团队搜集整理员工请假/休假/ OT/考勤报表
补充日常办公/仓库用品
协助企业管理中的成本基准和供应商选择采购新供应商
协助企业管理者在管理第三方供应商，如食堂，家政等
保持办公室/仓库家务和5S。
帮助新员工入职和离职流程。
处理传入和传出的传真，复印，扫描，文件准备和邮寄信件。
由仓库经理指派的其他工作。


Qualification & Experience:

2+ years of warehouse experiences
Colleague degree
Good organizational skills and ability for multi-tasks.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Good spoken and written English will be a plus
Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint).
Should be dedicated, responsible, persistent, patient and careful

专科以上学历
