收货经理 Inbound Manager

职位描述：
- 领导和管理收货团队实现生产力和成本绩效目标，包括收货，检查、上架和退货等工作。
- 领导收货团队，规划、制定和实施新的规划、方案，解决客户的需求和其他团队协调解决每天发生的特殊问题，分析根本原因，并找出预防和纠正措施，继续改善DC的绩效。不断优化SOP。
- 与DC的关键管理人员密切合作，激励员工高效完成收货并录入系统，及时、准确将托盘上架，确保所有订单得以及时、准确地履行完毕。
- 制定安全规则，并且培训工作人员在日常工作中遵守规则。
- 充分理解并运用infolog系统，设计、运用管理工具，记录并评估员工个人和团队的生产率，激励员工提高效率和准确性，扩大物流能力。
- 面试、招聘各级新员工。并通过和人事合作，制定恰当的培训计划，积极开展对新员工的培训，以确保所有团队员工进行定期培训，全体员工熟练地进行日常运作。
- 建立高生产率和稳定的团队，留住人才，以实现较小的离职率。不断激励人，以使团队成员拥有一个积极的工作状态。充分观察和了解员工的优点和缺点，把合适的人放在合适的位置。
- 合理安排员工排班，合理调节员工数量，以达到既客户服务水平和工作效率目标。
- 完成其他上级分配的任务。
- 可能涉及工作岗位的平级轮换，比如备货、发货的管理岗位。

招聘需求：
- 专科以上学历，物流管理及相关专业更佳。
- 有大型配送中心的管理职位的经验，物流主管以上管理岗位3年以上经验，管理30人以上的团队经验。
- 有大型WMS系统使用经验，有infolog系统经验者更佳。
- 丰富的管理人的经验，良好的沟通技巧和带领团队的技巧。
- 熟悉office软件的使用，excel使用熟练。
- 能使用英文交流更佳
- 身体健康，能承受较大工作压力。

Job Description:
- Lead inbound team and manage team to achieve productivity and cost performance targets , including the receiving, inspection, put away , and returns to suppliers .
- Lead inbound team in planning, development and implementation of new ideas and programs to address the needs of customers and coordinate with other teams to address the special problems that occur every day , conduct root cause analysis , and identify preventive and corrective measures to improve the performance of DC continuously. Constantly optimize the SOP.
- Closely cooperate with key management peers at DC, motivate staff for efficient completion of receiving and system data key in, timely and accurately put away, to ensure that all orders promptly and accurately fulfilled.
- Develop safety rules, and train staff to comply with the rules in their daily work.
- Fully understand and get best use of infolog system(WMS), design and use management tools to record and calculate the productivity of individuals and teams, motivate employees to improve efficiency and accuracy, and then expand logistics capabilities.
- Interviews, hire new employees of all levels. And through cooperation with HR to develop appropriate training programs , and actively carry out the training to ensure that all team staff get regular training to be skilled to carry out daily operations.
- Establish high productivity and stable team and retain qualified employees, then achieve a smaller turnover rate. Continue to inspire and motivate people to make the team members have a positive working state. Observe and fully understand the strength and weakness of staff , put the right people in the right positions .
- Well arrange employees’ work shift, adjust the number of employees of the team to meet both customer service levels and efficiency goals.
- Complete other assigned tasks by immediate manager.
- Might involve the same level job rotation, such as preparation, shipment management positions.

Requirements:
- Associate degree or above, education in logistics management or related professional will be an advantage.
- Experience in a large distribution center at management role for more than three years of experience managing a team of over 30 people.
- Large WMS systems experience, infolog system experience is a plus.
- Good communication skills and leadership.
- Familiar with WM office application, excel using skilled.
- Being able to communicate in English is a plus
- In good health and be able to work under pressure.
