职位描述
Position Scope/职位简要:
1. Designs and implements the preventative maintenance plan for production equipment
1 . 针对生产设备,实施预防性维修的计划。
2. Analyses any maintenance works (preventative and corrective) to continuously improve their execution, reduce their duration, eradicating repair works being the main goal.
2. 分析预防性维修和紧急维修工作,主要的目标是持续不断的改善执行,减少循环时间,根除重复性维修故障。
3. Monitors production and maintenance metrics to then lead the projects to improve the maintenance availability of the production equipment.
3. 依据生产和维修指标值,开展项目提高设备能力。
4. Modify the preventative plan
4. 制定和调整预防性维护计划
5. In case of equipment acquisition, in charge of getting the highest maintenance availability
5. 调式新设备达到最大产能条件。
6. Analyse the cost of any maintenance actions regarding the production cost.

Description/职位描述:
1. Designs and improves maintenance specifications which are part of the global equipment specifications
1.设计和改善进口设备的零件规范。
2. Supports the decision process to get new equipment
2.协助和支持新设备的引进。
3. Ensures the acceptance of new equipment in terms of maintenance, especially observes if contracted maintenance specifications are met (Maintenance Availability)
3. 确保新设备的验收,在维护方面满足合同维护规范 (维护有效性)
4. Designs, manages and improves the technical documentations of the equipment
4.设计、管理和改善设备的技术资料。
5. Designs, writes and improves the standard maintenance operation procedures for repairing and preventative operations
5.设计、编写和改善设备的维修和保养作业指导书。
6. Monitors the completion of the preventative maintenance plan included some HSE periodical checks
6. 监督完成预防性维修计划,包括定期性安全检查。
7. Organizes and manages the contract of outsourced operations
7. 组织和管理外包业务的合同
8. Analyses spare part consumption and sets up the minimum inventory. Investigate other ways to reduce this inventory: fast suppliers, consigned inventory, special contracts, share inventory with sister factories,…
8 .分析备件消耗,建立最低库存.研究其它方式来降低库存:快速供应商、委托第三方库存、特定合同、与兄弟工厂共享库存等。
9. Analyses at least every month the metrics (Overall Equipment Efficiency, Maintenance availability, MTBF, MTTR, Cp, CPK,…) and tier 2 meeting reports of the equipment he’s in charge of.
9.每月分析设备指标(OEE、MA、MTBF、MTTR、CP、CPK…), 参加2级会议汇报责任区域设备问题。
10. Updates maintenance metrics
10.更新维修指标。
11. Uses Total Quality methods to solve problems (SSP, Lean, RCCA, Reliability-Maintainability-Availability, FMEA, failure trees, MTBF, MTTR,…)
11.使用质量方法解决问题(SSP, Lean, RCCA, Reliability-Maintainability-Availability, FMEA, failure trees, MTBF, MTTR,…)
12. Supports TPM implementation, especially autonomous maintenance
12.支持TPM实施,特别是自主性维护。
13. Related task arranged by function leader.
13.完成主管安排的其它工作。
Qualifications/职位要求:
1. University degree required ( Engineering preferred)
1.大学本科学历(工程相关专业)
2.Minimum of 4-5 years experience in a technical role and/or production department
2. 4-5年相关工作经验有221
Skills/技能: (Computer, Communication, Leadership, Behavior, etc电脑能力,沟通能力,领导能力,行为等)
1.Excellent verbal & good written communication skills
1良好的口语和书面沟通能力
2.Knowledge of electric/electronic/mechanical maintenance, TPM concept,
2.掌握电子、电气、机械维修相关知识、TPM概念。
