Planning
? Develop TV shopping sales expansion strategy and annual business plan– market landscape, competitor benhcmark, product & pricing, resource plan, sales and EBIT targets
? Be responsible and accountable for overall financial performance on TV shopping channel
? Coorinate with Marketing to define the branding, product & pricing strategy
? Coordinate with Operations to define logistics and after-sales service process
? Coordinate and manage TV stations and wholesalers to ensure the implementation of the sales plan – inc. define key goals, key responsibilities, measures and follow-up activities
? Develop and manage key business process, including selling processes, production process, forecasting and financial information provision process, reporting process

Qualifications
? At least 7 years of experience in TV shopping sales experience for a leading consumer goods and/or retail companies in China
? Strong relationship with TV shopping platforms, e.g. Yougou , OCJ
? Leadership experience with 3 years plus
? Highly motivated and results-orientated
? Excellent communication skills
? Native level Mandarin and basic English required
? Basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
