General Summary & Purpose:

The position is responsible for import /Export freight and local charge collection, count documentation charge collection and issuance B/L ,issue invoice Prepare Tax reporting for invoice

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

-Standardized:

1. Issue Invoice and decided charge / customers

2. Release B/L and Collect charge

3. Issuance invoices with FLS accurately meets deadline

4. Tax invoice reporting monthly

5. Collect money and release B/L daily

6. Check CSAV & NCLL freight tax report

Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job):

Education: College

Experience:have experience in accounting will be perfact

Language: Chinese language

Computer Literacy: Excel and office

Specialist Knowledge: Accounting Knowledge

Essential Skills: None

Core-Competence: Integrity Communication Self-motivated

Mark: It's a temporary position, we will sign a 6 months contract with you.
