Key Responsibilities & Tasks

·Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and organizations.

·Lead marketing efforts related to major product launches, including development of introductory plan and tactical concepts, budget management, and coordination/execution of approved plan.

·Manage and coordinate all marketing print collateral, as well as assist in the development of “next generation” sales tools.

·Become a subject matter expert in “Green” marketing and develop a marketing strategy that leverages the company’s strengths in this area.

·Work closely with other members of marketing team to assist with public relations opportunities, tradeshow planning and execution, and marketing communications.

·Analyze customer research, current market conditions and competitor information.

·Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.

·Manage Marketing Coordinator responsible for database marketing, website content maintenance, branded merchandise development, and photo shoot coordination.

Experience & Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·8+ years'experience in brand development and/or customer marketing. B2B experience is preferred.

·Proven analytical and technical marketing skills.

·Demonstrated ability to organize complex projects and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

·Experience directing and managing suppliers, including vendor selection, establishing realistic budgets and timelines, evaluating creative, and invoice reconciliation.

·Superior oral, written and strategic abilities.

·Ability to persuade through advanced presentation skills.

·Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team cooperation, enthusiasm and relationship building.

·Proficient in MS Office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Power point.

·Relevant industry/product experience a plus.

Estimated Travel

·10-15% within and/or out of China.
