Overview
As a member of the China KPMG Business School, the incumbent will play a key role in managing a portfolio of management skills training courses in Hong Kong and Mainland China. He / She will need to identify training needs, formulate curriculum, design and deliver learning programmes for all staff up to managerial level.
Responsibilities:
? Communicate with the stakeholder to understand the learning needs, design and deliver effective learning solutions accordingly.
? Formulate annual learning curriculum and approach to meet people development needs and KPMG leadership strategies.
? Align overall learning and development approach to Global KPMG Business School, localise global programmes to meet needs of staff.
? Coordinate with team in other offices to manage projects, and develop local plans, budgets and schedules; support ad hoc projects, initiatives and events.
? Assist in developing and monitoring L&D policies, procedures and budgets.
? Develop and deliver learning programmes, prepare necessary materials and ensure continuously updated in line with firmwide itiatives or other changes.
? Monitor and maintain quality of learning resources and classroom delivery.
? Work with external service providers in identifying appropriate training solutions for internal delivery.
? Lead, coach and support direct reports and other team members, including the administrative team.
Experience required to perform the role:
? University degree, in human resources development, business management or other related disciplines.
? At least 7 years’ relevant experience in delivering management skills training, especially leadership and business skills in large organisations.
? Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English and Chinese.
? Proven track record in delivering training programmes .
? Experience in office or training centre management (e.g. budgeting, staff management, training administration, etc).
Professional qualifications preferred:
? Certifications, diplomas or accreditations in relevant management skills programmes or models.
Personal attributes:
? Mature and possess a strong sense of responsibility
? Proactive and collaborative team player.
? Mobile and willing to travel
? Flexible and calm in problem solving
? Solutions-driven while maintaining wider perspective
? Work well under pressure.
