? Production line product quality performance monitor and Data analysis together with ME & PD Supervisor;
? Quality issues handler, investigation, analysis, coordinate, follow up the corrective and preventive actions;
? Lead the daily production line scrap analysis & MRB evaluation;
? Track and verify the corrective actions for weekly/monthly top 5 process scrap;
? Drive the process quality improvement action & follow-up all actions effective running
? Conduct the new project about Launch phase and transfer from related CQE
? Perform Process supervisor/Inspector performance management by monthly/yearly
? Monitor All Quality device status and calibration ontime
? Actively contributes to the system of Barcode/Hars/Q-DAS/SAP and so on
? Prepare all Quality department related PO/Vendor communicate/PR
? Act in all external testing communicator and manage together with lab supervisor
? Complete all prodect audit together with QMS engineer and MSA togehter with lab supervisor
? Compile the daily/weekly/monthly quality report together with CQE & SQE
? Attends all meetings where required (daily meetings at 1,2,3 or 4, as appropriate, meeting weekly/ monthly, etc.)
? Design process quality record and Quality document preparing & maintenance
? Other tasks from the higher hierarchical levels.

Qualifications/职位要求: (Education, Experience, Industry/Functional Knowledge, etc./学历，工作经验，行业或职能专业知识等)
Studies: Bachelor or Master degree in mechanical/electronics engineering field.
Experience: At lease 3 years in a similar position.
Others: Flexible team player and strong subordinate management capability
Ability to be decisive, to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Fast learner, detail oriented, independent and responsible person is required
Quality system management e.g. ISO/TS 16949/ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 is preferred
Quality project management experience is preferred
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
