Position Purpose:

? Responsible for General Accounting of Brigantine Shenzhen(BSSCL)
? Responsible for FI posting of Brigantine Shenzhen(BSSCL)
? Responsible for monthly closing of Brigantine Shenzhen(BSSCL)
? Statistics report of Brigantine Shenzhen(BSSCL)
? Follow up monthly reconciliation outstanding items
? Responsible for attending internal/external audit’s enquires
? Support and assist Section Head/Finance Manager in all Accounting aspect


General Areas of Responsibilities:
? Responsible for the journal posting of BSSCL
? Booking of month end closing manual adjustment
? Follow up and clear outstanding items in monthly balance sheet reconciliation
? Responsible for Month End Closing Process
? Responsible for external and internal audit
? Keep good communication with the business departments. Identify their needs and requirements from F&A department and give the best accounting and finance supports.
? Be familiar with the Group’s directives and other documentation relevant to her businesses, and ensure the subordinates are also aware of and adhere to the same.
? Ensure that all accounting documents are approved by authorized person.
? Ensure a good documentation filing systems.
? Any other accounting and finance duties as assigned by the finance manager and section head


Specific Areas of Responsibilities:
? Identify any relevant reports in IFS to promote the quality for financial reporting.
? Cascade the IFS application skills to other members of the team/GSC
command in both verbal and written English and Chinese
