Primary Purpose of Job (Job Summary) 主要工作目标(岗位简介)
作为罗氏中国招聘团队的有机组成部分,对区域招聘和总部招聘起到支持作用。建设和维护公司的人才库,对人才管道的搭建和激活起到基础配置功效。保证招聘流程的完整执行和运转,提供数据分析和文档支持。准确理解公司人才战略,传递信息,促进公司人力资源品牌建设。
As a vital part of the Roche ASH team, to contribute to regional and HQ recruiting for mass hiring and key position hiring. To build up and maintain company’s talent pool and activate talent pipeline that provide a foundation to company talent strategy. To help recruiting process operating and executing with efficiency. To provide the data analysis and documents support when necessary. To understand company talent strategy accurately and convey the right message to candidate to promote the HR Marketing built up.

Principle Roles & Responsibilities / Accountabilities 主要职责/责任

1.管理和拓展招聘渠道,收集和分析招聘数据,并定期向招聘主管和相关业务部门汇报;
2.收集并分析业务部门的招聘需求,并根据需求的变化与对口招聘同事协商,及时调整招聘计划;
3.协助负责与招聘相关的一系列工作,包括寻找与收集简历、简历筛选、面试、跟踪招聘进程等;
4.参与并不限于校园招聘等招聘团队的各类项目,保证项目阶段性目标达成和日常运转;
5.周期性维护公司人才库,根据年度招聘计划和任务激活各类人才,协助维护公司外部人才获取优势地位;
6.作为公司人才获取的最前端,准确理解公司人才战略,传递信息,促进罗氏招聘品牌建设;
7.其他人力资源相关工作。
1.Manage and develop recruiting channels, collect and analyze the recruiting data, provide the talent market information to recruiter and related stakeholders;
2.Collect and analyze the business recruiting needs and initiate and adjust recruiting plan according to the changes with recruiters;
3.Assistant Handling the talent acquisition process including not limited to sourcing, screening, telephone interviewing, arranging interview and so on;
4.Participate all kinds of recruiting project like campus recruiting, keep the operational work to meet the target;
5.Maintain the talent pool and activate the talent according to the recruiting priority and strategy, help the talent acquisition advantage of the company;
6.As the talent sourcing scout, understand company talent strategy, convey the right message and promote the recruiting branding built up;
7.Help other related HR daily work.

Qualification and Experience 能力与经验
Education/Qualifications教育程度/所获资格证书
(1)本科及以上学历,专业不限;
(2)有外企相关工作经验或猎头行业经验者优先。
(1)Bachelor degree holder or above, Major is limitless;
(2)Related MNC working experience or headhunter background is a plus。
