岗位职责
1、协助生产副总制定生产保障中心方针目标、发展规划、经营计划，并贯彻落实；
2、负责并参与生产运营方面重大决策的决定和组织协调；
3、负责生产系统各部门间管理、协调，资源调度，授权范围内处理好各种需求和问题，确保生产业务顺畅开展；
4、负责公司生产运营系统的团队建设和效能管理工作；
5、进行编制项目文档；
6、完成领导交办的其他工作；

任职资格
1、服饰、机械、五金相关行业或管理相关专业，大学本科或以上学历，男女不限，28～35岁。
2、五年以上相关行业生产管理经验，其中三年以上ＰＭＣ或生产经理岗位工作经验。
3、精通服饰、五金制品等相关行业生产工艺流程，质量管理，物料供应保障。
4、良好的沟通表达能力，掌握员工激励、考核以及团队建设的常见技巧与方法，
5、熟练运用过程监控、统计分析等方法把控生产进程，确保市场所需。
6、学习能力强、积极主动、良好的团队合作精神，有很强的敬业精神和质量意识
