Responsibilities:

1. To follow with supplier for the products sample and quote

2. Issue PO and MO in Nav system.

3. Follow up on status of goods with supplier on delivery date.

4. Generate daily Outanding PO status report and tracing.

5. End of life and engineering change order status update.

6. Monthly inventory ageing report and ISO documentation.

7. Negotiate price with supplier, provide cost down plan.

8. To audit supplier with report.

Qualification

1.At least 1 years of experience in a Sales / Support function

2.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

3.Persistent, energetic and self-motivated

4.Good problem solving skills

5.Able to work as a team-player and manage a team

6.Detailed knowledge of the industry’s products and services

7.Able to manage client relationships well

8.Background in the printing or electronics manufacturing industries is an advantage

9.Good spoken and written in Engliash is in advantage
