Job responsibility:
1. A new open positon to create an operation dept（include BD, adm,mkt,cs,training).,assist policy makers to develop the company’s development strategy, responsible for the company’s functions in the field of short term and long term decision making and strategies, needs to have an immediate impact on the company’s long term and short term objectives 
2. Planning, promoting and organizing company business plan, track and conduct market development strategies
3. Execute the company business strategy within the company’s jurisdiction, rules of operation, policy and procedures, as well as establishing and improving procedures 
4. Developing company related indicators, annual development plans, promote and ensure successful completion of business indicators/index
5. Set strategic development and business plans for related departments, implementations of company’s subdivision as well as employee operational guidance and assessment

Qualifications: 
1. Bachelor degree and above with more than 5 years work experience in management related fields, of which at least 3 years of which is in consumer product marketing, and channel management 
2. Outstanding ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and implement
3. Excellent quantitative skills, logical thinking skills, market insight, communication skills, decision-making skills
4. Equipped with the adaptability to handle complex problems, and should have a high sense of responsibility
