YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :
- Lead and/or assist in scoping, solution and estimating project requests; apply global solutions that drive process standardization and simplification.
- Responsible for day to day management and execution of end to end project deliverables in accordance with identified operating model to ensure consistency and quality.
- Identify project roles, responsibilities and skills needed to execute assigned projects.
- Direct the project team during the development of a detail project plan in alignment with project scope and objectives.
- Lead and ensure the delivery of all project tasks in partnership with technical and functional partners; hold team member accountable for identified roles and responsibilities during project execution.
- Facilitate global meetings to ensure transparency of project status and issues to Project, Business and Plant Manager.
- Actively participate in project change management activities; promote key aspects of the project vision with project and business partners; manage resistance.
- Mature capabilities and provide support for global project leader, exhibit strong initiative, problem solving and management skills.
- Provide clear and concise project communication; both written and verbal.

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft products including Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Outlook.
-English Band 4 is a must for PRC applicants;
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; must be proficient in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work and communicate cross culturally.
- Proven problem solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection; ability to identify alternatives and make contingency plans.
- Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
- High degree of initiative and independent judgment; perform duties and makes decisions and recommendations under limited supervision, applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures.
- Proven leadership skills to lead the team and business through change.
- 5+ years progressive project management, and/or process standardization experienceincluding major enterprise systems implementation and integration and/or software development systems projects in large operating environments.
