ROLE PURPOSE
Develop and implement brand events and sales promotion events to improve brand awareness and promotion results
Report directly to Marketing Communication Manager and be part of dynamic Marketing Team.

ACCOUNTABILITIES
Plan and execute the Great China's events in main counters.
- Responsible for pre-event planning, preparations and on-site implementation.
- Responsible for pre-event venue survey, third-party supplier sourcing, negotiation and quality control, as well as on-site venue set-up, logistics and program management when necessary.
- Support local sales team promotion product and skill to achieve sales target.
- Develop new and qualified supplier resources to meet possible event production challenges.
- Responsible for daily communication and negotiation with suppliers to ensure maximum benefits both for clients and the company.
-Cross communication with sales, channel marketing, PR, product, POS to make sure event delivery with good quality and on schedule.
Brand image control
-Develop and control design agency to build up high quality image.
-Develop new marketing tools, like POS materials, for suitable events and stores to draw customers’ attention to brand.

Requirements on knowledge & skills:
Education & working experience:
1/Bachelor degree
2/2-3 years working experience of promotion in retail/ designer workshop event.
3/Fluent in oral and written English

Skills:
1/Good design sense and taste is a plus
2/Strong organizational, systematic, analytical and troubleshooting skill; agile mind; high self-study ability.
3/Work effectively and independently
4/Creative and result orientation
5/Flexible, be able to conduct some business trips
