Key Responsibilities:

1. Insightful understanding on the recruitment needs and be able to deliver expected result independently with high quality in a timely basis.
2. Identify source of potential candidates. Proactively conduct research of finding passive candidates
3. Introduce job vacancy to potential candidates.
4. Provide suitable candidates/CVs timely to exceed lead time target.
5. Assist line managers to screen candidates and overcome barriers across the recruiting process to a successful hiring.
6. Update, consolidate and analyse the recruiting statistics to provide regular report
7. Build up and constantly enrich talent database; expanding and managing recruiting channels
8. Manage the entire hiring process including screening, selection, negotiation, reference check, regular touch base with new hired staffs to ensure successful placements

Desired Skills and Experience

1. Proven track record of placing talents efficiently in a high volume demand, high turnover rate and talent shortage market.
2. Strong business sense with enthusiasm and passion.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with strong service orientation.
4. Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business or related disciplines with at least 3 years relevant experience in recruiting.
5. Excellent written and oral English skills with fluency in Mandarin.
6. Candidates with on-site high volume recruitment experience is preferred
