职位描述
驻厂质量工程师
Regularly report to plant quality team (quality supervisor, customer quality engineer) for any customer concerns. Report to plant quality team daily and weekly (including defective quality found by customer, onsite quality inspector, GP12 and 3rd party), complaint level, and foreard the meeting content to plant quality team if there is a customer quality review meeting in customer plant.
定期将任何客户的抱怨信息汇报给厂内质量团队(质量主管,客户质量工程师),每天,每周汇报给厂内质量团队。每天的日报内容必须包含客户的生产计划,当天的缺陷品数量(客户发现的数量,线边跟线人员发现的数量,中储GP12不合格品数量,及第三方分选的不合格品数量),有无正式QR等,如有客户质量评审会议,将会议内容反馈给厂内质量人员。
For any customer quality issue, ensure fast response & action, well communication and negotiation with the customer, and organize the onsite inspection/operation team to make containment action (sorting, rework, etc) according to customer target time.
对于任何客户质量问题,确保按照客户的目标时间快速的反应和行动,和客户良好的沟通和协商,并组织现场的检验和操作人员按照客户的时间节点实施围堵(挑选,返工等)。
Responsible for forwarding the quality issue description and pre-analysis result to plant quality team at the first time, and support plant quality team for further analysis, if it’s obvious wrong judge parts, dispute with customer at the first time;
针对客户端的质量问题,在第一时间将问题的描述和初步分析结果传递给厂内的质量团队,并协助厂内的质量团队做深层分析;如果明显是误判的产品,与客户第一时间进行申诉。
Monitor and supervise onsite inspector and/or third party sorting team, management the daily attendance. Train the inspectors, ensure they understand the criteria well and work correctly and with high efficiency.
监督现场跟线质检员和/或第三方挑选的团队,管理作业成员的日常考勤,并进行作业培训,确保他们明确了解质量标准,以及作业的有效性和效率。
Attend the customer regular quality audit/review meeting, ensure to get all updated information from customer team, and forward the information to plant quality team.
参加客户组织的定期质量评审会议,确保得知客户端所有的最新信息,并将相关信息反馈给工厂质量团队。
Support the customer quality and logistics to arrange the customer rejection parts return, work closely with customer quality team for any customer claim negotiation and further dispute, to ensure reaching the target smoothly.
协助客户质量及物流安排客户拒收件的退货,对于任何客户的质量协商或深层的申诉,与客户质量紧密协作确保顺利达成目标。
Involve for each customer quality issue analysis, and provide workable and worthy ideas for each 8D analysis and corrective action plan.
参与每一次的客户质量问题分析,为每一次的8D分析和改善行动计划提供切实可行的有价值的想法.
Take the warranty returned parts according to customer timing and dispute onsite if it isn’t Hutchinson liability. Send the returned parts to the plant.
按客户的时间要求领取售后件和现场申诉, 并安排退件返回工厂。
Manage non-conforming products in 3rd party warehouse and return the products to the plant.
中储仓库不合格品的现场管理和退货安排。
Other task assigned by superior.
其他上级安排的任务。
Qualification for recruitment 招聘条件
Minimum 3 years experience in customer service or resident quality service in automotive related industry;
Knowledge of TS16949 and training of APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA ;
Education of college or equivalence Quality working experiences;
Good in mandarin and English speaking.
Good coordination and communication abilities.
三年以上汽车行业驻厂工作经验;
熟悉TS16949体系,并有5大手册(APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA)的培训经历;
大专及以上相关学历;普通话、英语熟练; 具有良好的沟通和协调能力。
