职位描述
岗位职责Responsibilities：
管理和发展商业渠道经销商 Manage and develop B2B distributors;
执行商业渠道策略。 Implement B2B channel go-to-market.
开发经销商来覆盖分散的客户，比如礼品、电子商务。Develop B2B distributors to serve fragmented market, such as gifting, E-commerceetc.
给商业渠道经销商做标准化培训，和经销商一起拜访客户 Give standard training to B2B distributors, make joint customer call with distributor when needed.
任职要求Requirements/ Qualifications:
至少相关行业3年以上的工作经验，如有快速消费品市场的销售和客户管理经验优先考虑Minimum three years experience in sales in related industry, with extensive experience in Foodservice market development and customer management in China；
具备优秀的销售技巧，对市场有洞察力Excellent sales skill, Understanding of marketing, distribution and other commercial practices in the foodservice business in China；
有优秀的销售业绩A proven track record in achieving excellent results in sales growth；
学士学位Bachelor Degree；
流利的中英文表达能力；Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English；
能够熟练使用计算机基本软件Computer literate, word, excel and power point；
成熟，诚实可信Mature, dynamic and honest；
具备团队合作精神Team work；
承压能力强，能够严格按照时限完成工作Able to work under high pressure and time limitation；
优秀和沟通技巧Communication skill；
