POSITION SUMMARY:
An experienced person in the field of SEM or/and Digital Marketing, to maintain, develop, and implement marketing strategy targeted at identifying and directing new consumers to RCCL website, 400 customer hotline, Social Media interface. Plan, develop and execute the overall online business strategy; lead and drive the day-to-day business activities of websites, searching engine marketing and social media in order to achieve online member, and conversion.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Evaluate, develop, search, create and implement innovative marketing strategy, ideas and programs using RCCL home page and Searching Engine, Baidu, Sougo, 360,Wiki, Video Media, and other similar web rooms/channels with the intent to increase on-line traffic, new customer acquisition, and company revenues.
2. Work with third party cooperation website/APP and agency to launch campaigns and marketing activity
3. Partner with line manager and agency in the participation of analysis and studies in order to identify market trends, tools and the best applications in the market/industry.
4. Check, sometimes write and edit the contents for marketing activity, etc. and deploy them in different scenarios
5. Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of marketing programs, and analyze, review, and report in an effort to maximize results.
6. Organize and control marketing assets including documentation, database, reports, presentations, and/or other external assets.
7. Assist the Head of Direct Marketing on team project execution and daily affairs

QUALIFICATIONS:
? University degree in Business Administration/Marketing/E-Commerce/Chinese Literature;
? 2 years and above experience working in digital marketing field , such as SEM, web management or social Media.
? E-commerce experience a plus

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
?knowledge and experience with SEM, or web management, or China’s social media platforms
?strategy thoughts, planning, copywriting, presentation and communication skills
?Ability to collaborate with teams across a variety of functions and globally
?Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
?Experience of managing third party agencies
