Job Description
Job title: Senior Sales Coordinator
Reference: Sales manager.
Job purpose:
The purpose is to make sure that all production order is delivered 100% according to the confirmed schedule .
To give our customer the best service and communication of order status .
To be a coach and guide for operating kingdee system of CMM sales department

Working Responsibility:
？ Production order
？ Create sales order in Kingdee system
？ Maintain the order information in CMM system , both hard and soft copy
？ Confirm sales order with right price , right quantity , right delivery time, right drawing version and right delivery way
？ Attend daily production meeting and follow up the delivery schedule
？ Update the shipping schedule for ongoing orders
？ Communicate internally and externally for order shipment and delivery
？ Evaluate monthly delivery performance of assembly department and follow up the action plan for constantly improvement
？ Evaluate quarterly delivery performance to customer
？ Daily service of customers.
？ Update weekly delivery schedule to main customers
？ Communicate with customers about production status and delivery
？ Inform customers and CMM management before any delay happens
？ Prepare and make monthly sales report
？ Constantly evaluate and improve delivery performance of CMM production team .
Qualifications and educational background.
? Has production order management and follow- up experience
? Foreign trade education background will be preferred
? Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
? Great adaptability, good overview, ability to influence cross-functional teams and results-oriented.
? Excellent teamwork skills
? Hard working, focused person and ambitious. Cheerful and positive.
? Diligent and willing to work under high pressure
? Good communication and inter-personal skills with good teamwork and cooperation skills
