MAINTENANCE MANAGER

As a leader to build the maintenance team, responsible of maintenance system building, utility and shop floor machine trouble shooting.
Define the maintenance strategy in according to the plant manager, define annual budget and make sure to
respect it. Manage maintenance activity by preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, corrective
maintenance and TPM; Control the machine downtime to support plant metrics meet target such as OEE, OPE,OTTR and so on.

Roles and Responsabilities

In according at the plant manager define the strategy of maintenance service
Responsible for a team include define the objectives for each member of the team and
review the objective periodically.
Report at the plant manager the progress of the projects and the metrics
Drive or cooperate at the plant projects or department projects (Organization, technique, strategic)
Approve the preventive maintenance plan and share it with manufacturing engineer and HS&E
Check periodically the performance of the machine.
Check periodically the right applications of HS&E procedure during maintenance activity
Cooperate at the HS&E projects
Manage & controls engineering maintenance activity.
Periodically check the progress of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, for shop floor
and facilities.
Define the budget and make sure to respect it
Co-ordinates, organises & controls specific maintenance problems
Co-ordinates, organises & controls the job of all the functions internal at maintenance department
(maintenance engineering, preventive maintenance planner, facilities engineer, warehouse leader,
computer management, TPM leader).
Based on the HOS deployment requirement to drive the maintenance activities meet HOS specification.

Experience and Education Required
Skills and Knowledge Required

Excellent leadership skills with experience of managing people
Good ability of developing others
Excellent verbal & good written communication skills
Knowledge of electric/electronic/mechanical maintenance, TPM concept,
Proven Lean Manufacturing skills
Knowledge of maintenance safety aspects
Very good planning and organizing skills
Languages: Fluent English and 3rd European language as a plus
Very Good p.c. skills
University degree required ( Engineering preferred)
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a technical role and/or production department
HOS maintenance knowledge is prepared.
