Main mission :
- designs and implements the preventative maintenance plan for utilities/facility equipment
- Shop floor facility related supplier management and timing control.
- Analyse the utilities cost and set up the improvement activities and follow up. Ensure that the facility consumes the less possible energies, any kinds of energy
- Maintain the cost of facility yearly maintenance
- Ensure that the utilities / facility equipment and infrastructure are Health Safety and Environment safe and aligned on local and Honeywell regulations.
- Maintain energy management system (Monitor & Analyze & Report energy consumption ), Develop energy saving project, reduce plant energy consumption.

Tasks:
- Designs and improves maintenance specifications for facility equipments which are part of the global equipment specifications
- Supports the decision process to get new facility/infrastructure equipments.
- Set up the acceptance specification of new facility/infrastructure equipment, follow up and manage if contracted maintenance specifications are met (Maintenance Availability)
- Designs, manages and improves the technical documentations of the facility/infrastructure equipment.
- Designs, writes and improves the standard maintenance operation procedures for repairing and preventative operations for facility/infrastructure equipment.
- Monitors the completion of the preventative maintenance plan including some HSE periodical checks
- Organises and manages the contract of outsourced operations
- Analyses spare part consumption and sets up the minimum inventory. Investigate other ways to reduce this inventory: fast suppliers, consigned inventory, special contracts.
- Leads the related facility/infrastructure action plans..
- Attends the Tier 2, Tier 3 meetings to better support production organisation.
- Supports facility/infrastructure Capex process
- Uses Total Quality methods to solve problems (SSP, Lean, RCCA, Reliability-Maintainability-Availability, FMEA, failure trees, MTBF, MTTR,)
- Supports TPM implementation, especially autonomous maintenance
- Supports HSE management system in accordance with company policy and annual site HSE plans
- Applies the general HSE rules and recommendations related to his/her workstation, to the works she/he designs for others and in case of emergency
- Actively supports the site continuous improvement plan by advertising about the risk situations and proposes

Experience and Education Required skills and Knowledge Required

- 教育背景，大专或以上学历，有一定英文基础，英文能用邮件进行交流。
- 10年以上的工作经验，至少5年从事厂务设施管理工作。
- 持高压电工证，熟悉高低压电房的管理要求
- 有外企工作经验，在欧美外资企业工作过的优先考虑
