Description
1.Coordinates the on-site homologation activities of the new products according to customer
requirements. Is responsible for the PEP phase 5 to 8 associated to the job; Participates to the
homologation of the process and product modifications assuring that the customer requirements are
followed.
2.Represents customer’s interest in the quality of the sold products, both in 0 km cases and during
the warranty period; Decides blocking/ unblocking the deliveries when quality issues impacting the
client occur. Is responsible for implementing immediate customer protective actions in case of
customer complaints; Coordinates and conducts the teams designated to analyze customer quality
incidents; Coordinates the quality analysis of the customer returned products; Maintains up-to-date
the customer incident reporting system; Evaluates the efficiency of the preventative and corrective
actions initiated after a customer quality incident.
3.Coordinates customer visits and audits on site.
4.As Q-DAS system user to manage the system. Actively contributes to the continuous improvement
of the site performance indicators and constantly identifies ways to reduce the wastes and to
improve own activities as well as site ones.
5.Participates to the daily HOS meetings; Uses LSW tool on a daily basis and updates it on a
quarterly basis. Participates into daily “Gemba walk”( Go&See). Proposes the number of Kaizen
ideas/ month according to the site’s objectives;
6.Follows the HS&E rules and responsibilities.
7.Acts according to Honeywell behavior requirements to reach performance targets agreed with the
manager through HPD system.
8.Any other tasks coming from hierarchical managers.
Qualifications
1.Education background: College or Bachelor majored in engineering or relevant field.
2.Experience: Automotive industry, 5 years. Quality management and/or customer relationship – 2
years.
3.Good command of English language speaking, writing and listening.
4.Japanese language reading and writing ability.
5.Good at computer operating, able to use Minitab.
6.Communication skills
7.Familiar with FMEA, PPAP, SPC, MSA.
