RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS职位描述
? 生产现场技术支持；
? 对生产线出现的质量和效率问题进行统计分析，制定措施并跟踪完成情况；
? 解决生产中遇到的工艺、工装和设备问题；
? 持续改进现有工艺、加强过程控制以提高产品质量和生产效率；
? 配合工程进行新项目的前期开发、调试。
? 负责冲压车间的环境、健康、安全隐患排查和问题整改；
? 承担上级分配的其它任务。

QUALIFICATIONS职位要求
? 4年以上相关工作经验；
? 熟悉办公软件；
? 掌握工装设计、制造的相关知识，熟悉现代机械设计理念；
? 具有较强的组织、协调能力，较强的学习、创新能力，以及动手能力；
? 熟悉生产设备和工装的开发、设计流程；
? 具有分析问题和解决问题的能力，善于迅速果断地作出临场处置；
? 有一定精益生产和人机工程知识；
? 有现场管理经验者优先;
? 能够用英语进行书面和口头的沟通；
