Roles and Responsibilities
？ Responsible for annual labor and overhead rate calculation, and standard cost roll-up
？ Responsible for cost variance analysis (PPV, manufacturing variance etc.)
？ Product profitability analysis, support NPI financials and RFQ
？ Involve in inventory management: analyze and drive down scrap, E&O & ITO, take part in stocktaking, approve result analysis and stock adjustments
？ Responsible for conversion cost analysis and outlook, coordinate and drive the cost saving projects execution, provide effective suggestions on the cost reduction
？ Prepare conversion cost report
？ Responsible for inventory accounts reconciliation
？ Responsible for monthly manufacturing absorption calculation
？ Support monthly rolling forecast and annual budget preparation
？ Support internal and external audit
？ Work with engineering function improve routing and BOM accuracy
？ Responsible for quality cost report preparation and analysis
？ Responsible for internal order creation, settlement and close
？ Responsible for variance calculation, settlement and closure for protoplant production order
？ Responsible for variance calculation and settlement for cost collector
Skills and knowledge required

？ High level of ownership, leadership as well as followship;
？ Good understanding of cost accounting, dispute resolution ;
？ Good Reading and written English, good spoken English is preferred but not must;
？ Ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers’ requirements;
？ Result oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills & the ability to handle multiple
Tasks;
？ Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Knowledge of fully integrated ERP system, SAP highly desirable;
？ Pleasant and with strong problem solving and presentation skills;

Experience & Education required
？ Associate Degree or above, with major in Economics or Accounting or Finance.
？ 1 years or above finance or accounting experience in MNE
