Job Description:
- Customer service and coordination of requirements of existing customers
- Supply best service to all clietns, helping clients solve problems, coordinating relation between all parties;
- Handle shipments under door to door service independently;
- Reply overseas inquiry for any shipment tracing;
- Develop all opportunities for value-added service for clients and vendors.

- Have and keep proper knowledge of local market conditions.
- Encourage and ensure excellent communication with overseas colleagues and team co-workers.

-Other tasks assigned by manager

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in similar position at foreign forwarding companies;
-Excellent English：Oral, reading and writing
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Good organizational and follow-up skills
-Good initiative and team work, well organized under pressure
-Computer literate (e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, power point etc)
- College degree or above;
